Brennen McConnell
Managing Partner
Brennen has over 15 years of experience in real estate development and finance, with a strong track record in the EB-5 program. He has raised more than $100M in EB-5 and private equity capital for hotel, multifamily, and residential projects, and has structured cross-border investments for both institutional and individual investors. As a real estate investor himself, Brennen has developed smaller residential projects and operates a portfolio of rental properties. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Mandarin, he bridges global investors with high-quality U.S. development opportunities. Brennen graduated from Denison University with a B.A. in Economics and studied intensive Mandarin Chinese at the Beijing Foreign Language Studies University.
Vassili Touline

Mr. Touline is an experienced attorney, real estate investor and business consultant with more than 20 years of experience in real estate and commercial investments. HIs extensive business and legal background and his own experience emigrating to America enable him to provide creative solutions that meet the unique needs of overseas investors. Mr. Touline is an active member of IIUSA and American Bar Association (“ABA”), specifically its International Section. He is a member of ABA’s Immigration, China and Private Equity Committees and former Co-Chair of Russia-Eurasia Committee. Mr. Touline holds Juris Doctor degrees from Case Western Reserve University School of Law (Cleveland, Ohio), and is an active member of the Bar in the states of New York and Ohio.
Phuc Le

Phuc Le (Lee) has had years of experience working at leading Asian financial groups, specializing in capital raising. Lee worked at the investment banking unit of Shinhan Group – South Korea as a Manager of investment and Fund Raising in Asian markets. In addition, he also has many years of experience in Investor Relations for major real estate corporations such as Novaland and CBRE Vietnam. He grew up in the United States and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University with a major in Investment Finance. Lee is fluent in both English and Vietnamese

Before joining our firm, she built her career in the private banking sector, where she advised high-net-worth clients and managed complex financial relationships. Today, she plays a key role in managing EB-5 client engagements and maintaining partnerships with leading migration agents across China.
