Led by industry experts with extensive backgrounds in U.S. real estate and investment immigration, our team is dedicated to helping international investors secure U.S. residency while supporting projects that drive job creation and economic growth. Brennen McConnell
Managing Partner
Brennen has over 15 years of experience in real estate development and finance, with a strong track record in the EB-5 program. He has raised more than $100M in EB-5 and private equity capital for hotel, multifamily, and residential projects, and has structured cross-border investments for both institutional and individual investors. As a real estate investor himself, Brennen has developed smaller residential projects and operates a portfolio of rental properties. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Mandarin, he bridges global investors with high-quality U.S. development opportunities. Brennen graduated from Denison University with a B.A. in Economics and studied intensive Mandarin Chinese at the Beijing Foreign Language Studies University.
