The redevelopment, led by prominent Philadelphia-based developer Keystone Property Group, will introduce a 152-key Hilton Tapestry Collection Hotel, alongside 14,640 m² of office space anchored by a subsidiary of the Euronext-listed Publicis Groupe and 3,850 m² of retail space anchored by a flagship restaurant and café operated by James Beard Award–winning chefs Cook N’ Solo. The project also includes a lower-level wellness and leisure facility.
