The redevelopment, led by prominent Philadelphia-based developer Keystone Property Group, will introduce a 152-key Hilton Tapestry Collection Hotel, alongside 14,640 m² of office space anchored by a subsidiary of the Euronext-listed Publicis Groupe and 3,850 m² of retail space anchored by a flagship restaurant and café operated by James Beard Award–winning chefs Cook N’ Solo. The project also includes a lower-level wellness and leisure facility. With construction well underway and delivery targeted for early 2027, The Bourse represents a model of adaptive reuse—preserving Philadelphia’s architectural heritage while creating a vibrant hub for business, dining, and hospitality on one of the nation’s most historically significant sites.
